Hello to all readers! To begin with, it is a great honor for me to become one of the authors of this blog and somehow perpetuate myself in the community! It was unexpected to hear an offer to write here, but it's always interesting to listen to different people, isn't it?
Foreword
Yes, I am Russian, no, I am not a Mafia, not a Titan, and the flag in front of my name is 3 colored. I was born in Kazakhstan, I live in Russia, half Ukrainian and in general, probably a Buddhist. Therefore, I ask you not to hang labels in the light of recent events)
Start
I met cncnet.org only in 2019 and I have been online for some 3 years, not too much. Considering that I learned red alert back in 1999 on Ps1 and learned it far and wide I was surprised when I first entered the open wide room and saw v2 rolling up and down, teslas scurrying back and forth instead of building a beautiful base and strong defense, in case someone attacks) realization came quickly... then there was misunderstanding - they say why are you like this? This is not a strategy, some kind of nonsense, who plays like that? OK. Adoption. Let's try this. Long war tank trainings began and bans from more experienced players who came here only a month ago :) one friend kicked me out of the room probably a hundred times, until I showed him how to write gg first! Then we became friends, started chatting, found an old archive site with a description of how to become a pro and began our long training sessions.
Community
How much has happened in just these three years in the world, but one thing is constant - the red alert community is stable, although some players are lost, they are gone for a year or two and come back again, talking about new achievements, family or travels. It was the community that hooked me in this game and forced me to stay, I had never seen anything like this before, and there are probably many explanations for this, but the fact is that our community, if you become part of it, will always be glad to see you! There were scandals, intrigues, investigations, cheating, tournaments, swearing and much more, but it was always interesting to watch and wonder what would happen next.
A Game
Everyone has their own strengths here. Someone makes tanks well, someone is good at strategy, someone builds like a god, and someone controls every tank, others are good organizers and just good guys. Of course, there is a certain level of skill to make it comfortable for everyone in the room to play, you will understand this yourself, and after looking at really good games, everything will become clear. Get better, be kind to each other and everyone will be friends with you.
